We take equipment out of buildings that no longer need it, and we put it back into buildings that do.

For property owners and tenants

Equipment gone, at no cost to you

Vacating a building, consolidating, or reconfiguring? In most cases we will take the racking out and carry the entire cost of doing it, in exchange for the equipment itself.

1. We walk the siteCount the equipment, check access, note condition and anything that complicates removal.
2. We put terms in writingScope, schedule, and what you receive — before anyone touches a bolt.
3. We do the workLicensed, insured dismantle crews. Cut flush, swept clean, hauled away on our trucks.
4. We settle upWhere the terms include a share of resale proceeds, you get a written accounting of what sold and for how much.
